We are very pleased with Tyler, during our initial meeting he provided us with a number of comps in our area and explained to us how he determined what he thought the fair market value for our home was. Tyler was always available to answer any questions my wife or I had. Tyler made sure we understood every detail of selling a home from the initial offer through our closing. Tyler Helped me out a few years ago helping me find contractors even though the house was not for sale back then. The guy kept in touch and was awesome when it was time to sell.
